Demo Request Privacy Notice

[Samyang Popow Inc.] (Popow Inc., we, us, our, and their equivalents) values your privacy. This Demo Request Privacy Notice supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies only when you submit a demo or sales inquiry to us through a Popow request form, including the request form in our sales materials. If any provision of this notice conflicts with our Privacy Policy with respect to demo request data, this notice will control.

This notice covers business contact information you give us on behalf of your company. It does not apply to creators using the Popow platform, whose information is covered by our general Privacy Policy.

When This Notice Applies

This notice applies when you voluntarily complete a Popow demo request form. We give you this notice at the point of collection, before you submit the form. We do not collect this information from you in any other way, and completing the form is entirely optional.

Personal Information We Collect

When you submit the demo request form, we collect the following categories of Personal Information:

• Identifiers, such as your name.
• Professional information, such as the name of the company you represent and, if you choose to answer the optional questions, how you describe yourself or your business and your creator campaign experience.
• Contact information, such as your business email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
• Commercial information, such as any message you choose to include with your request.

Only your name, business email address, and company name are required. Every other field is optional.

We also record, in a one-way hashed form that cannot be reversed into your original address, the IP address the request came from. We use the hash only to limit repeated automated submissions to the form.

We do not ask for and do not want government identifiers, financial account information, race, religion, health data, biometric data, or precise real-time location. Please do not include such information in the free-text message field.

How We Use Personal Information

We use the Personal Information you provide through the demo request form solely to:

• Contact you to schedule and run the demo or respond to the inquiry you submitted.
• Prepare materials relevant to the request you made, such as an analysis for the client categories you asked about.
• Follow up about that specific inquiry.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with brands or other customers, and we do not add you to a general marketing mailing list on the basis of this form alone. If we later want to send you marketing messages unrelated to your request, we will obtain separate consent where the law requires it.

We do not use this information for automated decision-making or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not disclose demo request information to any third party other than the service providers that host our systems and internal communication tools, which process the information on our instructions and are contractually bound to protect it and to use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Because we do not provide this information to anyone for their own purposes or for cross-context behavioral advertising, this handling is not a "sale" or "share" of Personal Information under CCPA/CPRA §1798.140(ad) and (ah).

International Data Transfers

As described in our Privacy Policy, we process Personal Information on servers located in various jurisdictions, including the Republic of Korea and the United States. Popow only transfers your information pursuant to legally valid transfer mechanisms.

Security and Retention

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls limiting the information to the Popow personnel handling your request.

We retain demo request information for up to two years from your last contact with us about the request, after which we delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data for analytics and compliance purposes indefinitely.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access your Personal Information and information relating to how it is processed
• Correct inaccurate Personal Information
• Delete your Personal Information from our records
• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of your privacy rights

You may exercise these rights by emailing us at help@popow.ai. To protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, change, or deletion, we may require you to verify your identity before we respond. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, generally within 45 days.

Declining to provide this information, or asking us later to delete it, means only that we cannot contact you about a demo. It carries no other disadvantage.
